When you register as a Tester, we collect:

• Location information: country, city, timezone
• Professional information: skills, experience, certifications, languages spoken
• Device information: device models, operating systems, and versions you own
• Identity documents: government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, national ID)
• Video introduction: recorded video for profile verification
• Payment information: bank account details, payment preferences (processed securely)

1.2 Testing Activity Data

We collect information about your testing activities:

• Test executions you participate in and assignments you accept
• Bug reports you submit, including descriptions, screenshots, videos, and logs
• Test completion rates and quality metrics
• Client feedback and ratings
• Communication logs with Clients and Platform administrators

1.3 Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
• Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Verify your identity and complete identity verification
• Match you with appropriate test executions based on your skills, devices, and location
• Process payments and manage your earnings
• Evaluate your performance and quality of work
• Communicate with you about test executions, payments, and Platform updates
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security threats, and violations of our Terms
• Generate anonymized analytics and insights for Platform improvement
• Send marketing communications (with your consent, which you can opt-out of)
• Comply with legal obligations and tax reporting requirements

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

3.1 With Clients

When you are assigned to a test execution, Clients will have access to:

• Your profile information (name, skills, experience, devices, location)
• Your video introduction (if you've uploaded one)
• Bug reports and test results you submit for their projects
• Your performance ratings and feedback

We do NOT share your payment information, Identity documents, or government ID with Clients.

3.2 With Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in:

• Payment processing and financial services
• Cloud hosting and data storage
• Email delivery and communication services
• Analytics and performance monitoring
• Identity verification services

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to:

Identity documents and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where retention is required.
